The scanner fetches signer transactions from Solana devnet RPC and indexes only matching PointsRecorded events.

VEND does not require customer wallets in this model. Customers are represented by privacy-safe customer hashes, and activity is indexed from PointsRecorded events emitted by the VEND program.
