Connection status comes before money movement. The intended settlement asset is USDT; the app quotes amounts in USD. Funding, conversion and withdrawal providers, costs and the party carrying KRW / USD / USDT exchange risk must be disclosed before money is accepted. A wallet connection alone does not make a funding route available.

Who can participate?
Eligible countries, identity checks and investor requirements must be confirmed for the final offering. Access to the app is not confirmation of eligibility.
What are you lending through?
The offering entity, borrower or issuer, legal instrument and applicable regulatory framework are awaiting confirmation. These details will need to be stated in the final offering documents.
What does “Korea 13” mean?
It is the product name. The current app contains three allocation locations. A verified 13-store portfolio has not been published.
Machine counts cover indexed washers and dryers, not a verified collateral inventory. Observed revenue excludes kiosk top-ups and is shown as USD-equivalent operating data. It is not audited revenue or proof of repayment ability. Storefront images are illustrations.
Weights describe the current app allocation, not evidence of executed loans. Three locations in one country and industry do not provide broad diversification.
04
Monthly repayments. Less principal outstanding.
Each payment is scheduled to return part of your original amount plus interest. Interest is calculated only on the money still outstanding.

Calculated using the same schedule as the app; displayed amounts are rounded. 9.0% is an annual rate on outstanding principal, not the total return over 122 days. Taxes or withholding may reduce receipts. Joining later changes the remaining dates and interest. Scheduled payments are not received payments.
05
What supports the credit. What can go wrong.
Operating evidence helps assess a business. It does not guarantee payment or establish a legal claim on its machines.
OPERATING RECORD
VEND
Machine activity, revenue records, monitoring and servicing support.
CREDIT DECISION
Underwriting partner
Partner identity, credit policy and approval authority to be confirmed.
FUNDING
Capital provider
Funding entity and participation structure to be confirmed.
LEGAL CLAIM
Security arrangements
Machine ownership, any security interest and repayment priority require executed documents.
RECOVERY
Responsible party
Recovery authority, process, costs and jurisdiction to be confirmed in the agreement.
ASSET VALUE
Equipment assessment
Useful life, condition and resale evidence must be established for the actual inventory.
Credit & concentration
Payments may be late or lower than expected. You could lose part or all of your principal. All current locations are Korean laundry businesses.
Currency & settlement
KRW business revenue, USD quotes and intended USDT settlement create conversion and settlement risk. USDT may trade away from USD.
Liquidity & recovery
There is no early cash out. A partner’s retained share is not principal protection; recovery depends on enforceable rights and borrower circumstances.
06

A signed agreement, payment statements and tax records need to come from the actual offering and servicing process.
